Assisting Churches

“The BBA is valuable to our church for many reasons.  As we have gone through some major transitions, BBA has been there to walk through this time with us.  They care and it shows in how they interact with us. The monthly “Skill Builder” meetings are proving very beneficial in moving forward with ministry for all of our leaders and lay people. We are so blessed to be part of such an awesome community.”

Leesa Burgess, Finance Administrator, Everyday Christian Fellowship, Cibolo

“Bluebonnet Baptist Association provides important support to our church by ministering to ministers and support staff.  The BBA staff, as well as other members of the association, provide great encouragement, guidance, resources and ideas that help us serve our Lord, our church, and our community.”

Jennifer Vaughn, Ministry Assistant for Publications and Communications, FBC New Braunfels

“BBA has been an integral part of my family and church from the time of my mother and grandmother’s involvement in numerous Hill Country Baptist churches.  BBA has helped me as a pastor with many ministerial duties and with support of our church mission.  It's a blessing to draw from the wisdom of so many churches and pastors.”

Jeff Latham, Pastor, Westover Baptist Church, San Marcos

“Churches don’t often take time to communicate with or get to know one another.  Everyone is so busy doing ministry, running in many different directions.  Bluebonnet Baptist Association helps make it easier to connect and creates ways to make that happen.”

Norm Hils, Executive Administrator, FBC New Braunfels

“I appreciate how Bluebonnet Baptist Association starts new churches and assists established churches to stay focused on the Great Commission.  Our church gladly supports BBA and we thank God for how they equip us.  When we go to an associational meeting, we are always encouraged and educated by the presenters.  The information gained is so helpful to us as we seek to do God's will in our community and beyond.”

Dan Stephens, Minister of Music and Senior Adults, FBC Wimberley
